Throughout the Harry Potter series, we are introduced to numerous characters that each have a role to play in the story. The most highlighted characters are the main character Harry Potter, his best friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, his wise principal Professor Dumbledore and his archnemesis Voldemort (also referred to as Tom Marvolo Riddle).
Throughout the series, Harry is described as having his father's perpetually untidy black hair, his mother's bright green eyes, and a lightning bolt-shaped scar on his forehead. He is further described as "small and skinny for his age" with "a thin face" and "knobbly knees", and he wears Windsor glasses.
Hermione Granger is a character in the Harry Potter series. She is a Muggle-born witch and best friend of Harry Potter and Ron Weasley. She is known for being clever, logical, and levelheaded. She is also brave, resourceful, and empathetic. Hermione uses her intelligence, problem-solving skills, and librarian skills to help defeat Lord Voldemort.
Ron Weasley is a character in the Harry Potter series. He is known for being loyal, brave, smart, and funny. He is also known for his red hair and freckles. He cared deeply for those close to him, and would stick up for his friends and family.
Albus Dumbledore is a character in the Harry Potter series who is known for being wise, gentle, kind, caring, and understanding. He is also the mentor and protector of Harry Potter, and influences Harry, his friends, and the reader to be more caring, smart, and brave. Dumbledore is considered the most powerful wizard in the world, and is known for his contributions to the wizarding world. He is also known for being calm, serene, and having an aura of composure.
Ruthless, cold, and powerful. Voldemort is evil incarnate, and has no other motive than to keep himself alive, no matter the cost to his soul. He has killed countless people, and is unable to show any remorse for his actions.
